Before the conflict, nearly one-third of Palestine’s population faced food insecurity. Now, stocks in shops are running low, and tens of thousands of people are displaced, unable to access food or cook for themselves. Large parts of Gaza’s infrastructure, including critical water and sanitation systems, have been destroyed, leaving nearly 2.3 million residents surviving on minimal water supplies. Hospitals are overwhelmed, posing a severe threat to healthcare services, particularly for pregnant women.
